Can someone please help me figure out how my ceiling fan fell. I know there is no screws on one side, but I’m not sure of anything else. I know nothing about a ceiling fan. It was put in at least 15 years ago. I know the bracket is so dirty, I never cleaned it cause I wouldn’t know how to take the fan apart. Thank you!

If you proofread your post you will see the word "fake url" in the URL along with no dot in front of the "jpeg" so not really a file extension. I'm guessing Google images that doesn't allow outside linking.

How to post pictures: How to insert pictures.

So did the ball on the end of the down rod come out of the bracket? Show us the canopy and the down rod. Is the hanger fastened to the box?
