Help installing Honey Well programable light switch

Hi-

Do I have the correct wires to install this switch to control our outside lights? It looks like I have two blacks running into the current switch.

Yes.... you have the needed wiring there.

You need to remove the two black wires from the switch. Check from each one to ground. The black that is always live goes to the black/line of the timer. The wire that checked dead goes to the blue/load wire of the timer. Look for the white wire splice that is from those cables...... that is your white/neutral connection.
