Ceiling fan/light issue
Ceiling fan/light in bedroom keeps blinking on and off, I checked all the wires and their connections, replaced bulbs, replaced switch assembly. What is it? What else can I try?

Is the fan AND light blink or go on and off? What type of light bulb are you using? Is it an enclosed globe?
FWIW...I am using a ECOSMART LED ECS G16.5 60 WLP Cl E12 3 pack. This is a LED cool white candelabra base (dimmable but not being used in a dimmable switch) with a fan combination. The fan and light are separately switched at the fan/light location. Due to the enclosed globe the heat has affected the electronics of the light and it will blink an and off several times before stabilizing in the on position. These bulbs are not meant to be used in an enclosed luminaries.
Have you used regular 60 watt or less incandescent bulbs? I'd your answer is yes and the light still blinks, then I would say you have a defective fan/light. Take it back for a replacement.
