Is my Outlet box suitable for a ceiling fan?

I have a light fixture installed in the ceiling of our new house and I want to replace it with a fan. I have attached pictures of the box, please help me to figure out if I can install a fan using that box. Thanks

It likely is written on the inside of the box, but it does appear to me that is a fan rated box because of the larger 10/32 screws that are used to mount the existing fixture. Also, the presents of a black and red wire tells me you have tow switch legs, one for the fan and one for the light if you want to control them desperately and do not have a remote.

Definitely not fan rated. It looks like a standard nail-on 4" metal box.
