How to install WiFi switch

]I have a newer home and want to change some electrical switches with Leviton WiFi switches.
I noticed that the 3 gang switch box has all the neutral wires rolled up in one. I plan to install 2 WiFi switches and leave the other one normal. So my question is do I unravel all the nuetral wiresand use the 2 separately and end cap the other one? Not sure if I use 2 pigtails on same line? Picture attached to show the nuetral wires and not sure how to use those.

Is this a ceiling fan mountable junction box?

Hi all, I am new to diy. I am planning to install a 44 in ceiling fan in one of my bed room. This room doenst have any ceiling fan currently. But i see a junction box in the ceiling. It had a cover plate on it. I opened it an took a picture. Attached is the same. Is this box good enough to hold a ceiling fan. Outdoor Flood Lights staying on w/ sensor

I have a very old flood light system from the previous owner. Heath Zenith is the brand. Basically 2 outdoor flood lights over the garage connected via wire to a motion sensor. Usually when the weather cools down in Sept , it has issues. I have to climb up on a ladder and jiggle with it to get it to work. This year thought no luck. The lights have stayed on all day/night for the last 5 days. I have messed w/ the sensor changing the settings but no success in turning off the lights. The sensor is old, and it does not have a off switch. It has /test/5/10/15 min interval settings and a motion range dial max/min. I can hear the sensor make a click noise when it senses motion but it does not turn off the lights. Question is - any way to turn off the lights? and danger to the electrical system of the home since they've been on so long? I want to call an electrician but thought Id ask here first. I guess I try to take both of the lights off but just concerned if there will be an issue w/ the electrical system in the home. The sensor is like this : but only w/ the on-time and range options. I don't see any photocell area since it's an older model.
