Three Function Switch Not Working Properly

I have a light/fan/nightlight fixture in my bathroom. It is hooked up to a three function/three rocker switch and was working fine. One of the switches broke, so I got a new three rocker wall control. I hooked it up and the main light and night light would only work when the fan was on. I thought maybe it was not the correct type of control, so I ordered the exact same unit that I removed. Hooked that one up, same problem. Lights only work when the fan is on.

Can anyone give me any idea why this would be happening?

Welcome to the forums.

Sounds like it's wired wrong.
Without visuals..... like a picture or switch model number.... it's hard to be more helpful.

It appears to be a typical one hot wire in and three switched lines out. Pretty hard to mess up the wiring unless you have the wrong wire on the common hot line which sounds like your problem.
