Replacing LED driver

Hi All, I have an outdoor entryway light with an integrated LED panel. Recently it started strobing. I've taken the fixture off and ensured all the connections were secure. I suspect the LED driver is having issues and I wanted to try and replace it before I went and bought two new entryway lights. I ordered an OEM replacement driver about two months ago but it has yet to arrive and I'm getting a run around from the seller. Soooo, to make a long story longer, can someone point me to an off the shelf driver available at Amazon/Home Depot/Lowes that will work. The original driver is an LED Driver Constant Current Non-Dimming 120V Espen VEL3700120H V3. It is a constant current 120V with a power factor of .90.

Thank you very much for any help.
