Can I invert an already installed light?

We recently purchased a new home that was built in 2007 and we want to change the bathroom lighting.
The lights that are installed are very nice, but we want to change the orientation. They currently point down and want to turn them upward. They are able to be installed either way, as per the manufacturer.
So, since they are already on the wall, can I just turn it or do I need to remove it completely and reinstall it? *The power would be turned off, obv*
Thanks in advance!

Kind of depends on how the fixtures are attached to the wall or elec box. You have eyes on the item so not a lot we can advise!

Remove the two nuts holding the fixture to the box. Flip the fixture and install the nuts again.

I see no problem with the lights facing up. Any heat problems would be present in the current configuration.
