Special task LED bulb

I have 2 in-ceiling light fixtures in my basement. The square lens protrudes down about 1".They both are single socket, rated for 150w. The bulbs screw in horizontally, not vertically. Normally I just use a 150w incandescent. Has anyone seen an equivalent LED bulb that directs the light all to one side? i.e. at 90 degrees ?

There are lots of options for 150 watt equivalent LEDs. I'm not sure why you only want them to be one direction as incandescent bulbs are 360 degree.

You could put a reflector above the light. Could even be made out of tin foil.LED are cool so no heat build up.

Both fixtures have white shielding behind them. It just seems like a waste of energy to use a 360 bulb in a 180 fixture. When they were installed that was all we had to choose from. Now bulbs can be specialized, like the ones I put on my sailboat. I may just have to use a standard LED bulb.
