LED bulbs flash when lit

I have just had a new fixture installed in my bathroom and am using LED bulbs in there for the first time. I'm concerned because when I turn the light on, there's a noticeable flash coming from the bulbs. I'm not seeing any flickering from the bulbs, just one flash when the lights go on. Should I be concerned about this? Is it the bulbs, incorrect wiring, a bad switch (the switch is almost 20 years old). I've got a call in to the guy who installed the fixture but I haven't heard back from him yet. Of course, I'm concerned about a spark starting a fire. Thanks.

There is likely no issues with the bulbs and there is no danger of a fire. Is the switch a dimmer?

Thanks for responding. It's a regular switch, not a dimmer.

So I shouldn't worry about it?

No..... nothing to worry about. Some LED's do that when starting up.

I don't think so. The flash is likely just them starting up.

If you have any different brand LEDs you could swap one out to see if it makes any difference.
