Three way switch Lutron Smart switch with remote problems

I’m trying to figure out a three way switch. I am attempting to install a Lurton Smart switch with remote on a three-way switch set up on my stairs. One box (box 1) has four wires, a black a red and a white and a ground. The other box (box 2) has seven Wires. One set of wires contains a black white red ground. The other set of wires is a black white and ground.

I tested the box 1 and found the black wire has power. Box 2, one of the blacks and one of the Reds wires have power.

Anybody out there familiar with how to set up the smart switch?

You will need to change connections at box 2. Can you post a picture or two of the wiring in that box ?
How-to-insert-pictures

The Lutron part numbers would be helpful too.

Sounds like you have a switch loop. If your smart switch needs a neutral you can't do it.

I think you have this.

I believe you were right. I connected all the wires together in box one aside from the ground. I connected each black wire in box 2 do the separate wires on the switch and capped the red wire. Seems to be working.
