Why new philips fluorescent light tubes turn pink?

Hello all,

I just installed philips fluorescent light tubes(32W, 48 inch T8) and found that both tube turn pink. Also, I change the tube installation location and it still shows pink.

What may be the issues?
Thank you

Bad tubes. I used to get that in the office changing tubes. Another set of tubes always fixed it.

Usually a reduction or loss of mercury turns the light pink.
At one time warm white tubes were slightly pink.

The actual color of the tube is on the tube itself.
