3 way switch to one way switch help

Hello i was wondering how do i connect a 3 way switch to a single pole switch because the way i have it connected the single light only turn on when the switch for the 3 way is on i have the neutrals all tied together and my hot for single and 3 way switch tied together

You don't use a 1-way switch with a 3-way.

You can't with that configuration. You do not have a constant hot. You only have the switched hot of the three way.

Your diagram is wrong also. There should be one black on each screw of light switch not both on one screw.

yes but is there any way to connect a 1 light single pole switch off a 3 way switch or its just not possible? thanks

In the drawing yo have there is no way. You do not have an unswitched hot. You could probably do it from the other three way on this circuit.
