Is my outlet box safe for a ceiling fan? (pics)

Hello, first time poster. I moved into a new home and I am uncertain if the electrical boxes in the ceiling are safe for fans. I have already purchased the fans and they say to use boxes "capable of reliably supporting a minimum of 35lb or less" The home was constructed in 1967. I have included pics of the box and of where it mounts in the attic. Thanks in advance for any help.

I would have to say no, based on the metal strut and no mention of labeling on the existing box.

Good news is, easy to replace with the correct type of box and brace....Here's one for install from below (or above)...there are others for install from above only.

Fan box will have a much stronger screw position than those bent over tabs. That is not a fan box.

Thanks, I will go to home depot today to get fan boxes. I will probably have to replace them from the attic because there is a lot of blown insulation everywhere.
