Thumbs up Replacing old RQM-2S40 Ballast

I see the last thread is older, so I started a new one for this specific issue. Apologies if this was inappropriate. My friend has an old Advance Transformer Company ballast RQM-2S40 (pic attached) that drives two 40-watt flourescent 4 foot bulbs. Residential (in basement). The ballast is now dead.

I need to change it out (currently using T12 F40T12 40 watt 4 foot bulbs). I would like to change out the ballast with a Philips Advance Ballast RELB-2S40-N. This appears to be a good replacement but I am no expert so if possible please advise if this ballast is an appropriate replacement or I should consider a different ballast.

Not that I am buying it from Home Depot, but here is a link to the product (if more info is needed):

Thank you in advance for your assistance!
