Help! Falling ceiling fan box!

Hey all, I could use some help fixing this... its in my daughter’s room and I want to fix it before it ever comes close to falling on her. She’s only 1. Looking for the easiest fix hopefully without climbing into the attic. Any ideas?

OK so what's the issue with not getting into the attic?
Most likely that is not a fan box and will need to be replaced,

So. Much. Insulation. Like the popcorn stuff that gets everywhere. Hoping to get it from below so I dont have to mess with it.

Existing box can usually be removed from below. A fan rated box can also be installed from below.\\

First things first...... get that fan down quickly !
Once it's down it can be assessed better.

It looks to me like the screws came out of the bracket or the bracket broke. Drop the canopy and take a look.
