Replacing occupancy sensor to 3 way switch

Hi.
I have a motion sensor installed in my laundry room that I don't like. I just put a new fixture up and thought I'd replace the occupancy sensor with a regular 3-pole rocker switch. It didn't work. I thought that the light was the problem because I've replaced many switches in the past. Light checked out and worked fine when I reinstalled the occupancy sensor. Can anyone help me out with the wiring of the rocker switch??
I attached a couple of pics to help. One is the current wiring to the occupancy sensor, the other is the replacement I want to use.
Thank you for any help with this.

Welcome to the forums.

I labeled your pictures. I know the red wire is definitely a T (traveler) and I'm fairly sure I have the other two black wires labeled correctly. If it doesn't work correctly from both switches.... reverse the two black wires.

The black wire coming from the cable with the red wire should be the traveller.
You also need to verify the wiring at the other switch. It may have been changed to work with the sensor.

Thank you guys for the quick reply.
With the labeling, is there a particular side the red one has to go on to the new switch? Or, are the traveler wires interchangeable?
Thanks again to you both, I will mess with it again tonight and update you.

The travelers are interchangeable.
