Low voltage landscaping lights flash when on dusk-dawn.

I installed this transformer: tdc power da-120-12w-1... which has an OFF, ON, DUSK-TO-DAWN, & timers 4hr, 6hr, 8hr, so it does have a photo eye. I used 16 2 landscaping wire to connect #3 5w LED color changing bulbs that are dimmable. I still want to add more LED, prob will max at 70w. Right now the lights work if in the on position, but blink 15 seconds on, 15 seconds off (all 3 at the same time). What is the problem here? I really want this to work automatically with the dusk to dawn setting.

Have you left it in the dusk to dawn position and checked back an hour later when it's good and dark? Sometimes lights will blink when right on the edge between light and dark but will stay on solid when it gets darker.

Is there a light close to the sensor? If the light is too close to the sensor when they turn on they could trigger the sensor to turn off. Try covering the sensor with a piece of tape and see what happens.
