Ceiling Fans Making *Clicking* Sound in Warmer Weather

I installed 3 ceiling fans last November in our bedrooms. Throughout the winter, they were extremely silent, but now that it has warmed up, all 3 are starting to make a repetitive clicking sound - even at the lowest setting.
I can rule out this being a balance issue as there is no wobble to them. It's also not an issue where the glass cover over the light kit is rattling because if I remove it, the clicking continues. I figure this is something that is a result of the home's natural expansion/contraction from the weather - I just don't know the best way to address it.
Any thoughts?
