2 black wires & 1 white wire

I have an electrical question. I'm replacing a bathroom wall light fixture, and the junction box has one white wire and two black wires. The fixture has one white wire and one black wire. I get the white wire thing, but do I connect both black wires from the junction box to the black wire from the fixture?

It is unusual to not have a equal amount of whites and blacks unless you have a conduit system. I would connect white and one black to the fixture. If it doesn't work then I would swap to the other black. Unless you can figure out what the second black is for I would leave it disconnected.
