Need Help Identifying a Philips Lamp

An electrical contractor left Philips lamps with these markings:

3PM5
850 lumens
12 w
4000 K

I don't find lamps with these specs anywhere. What is this? Is it a Par30L? Where can I find replacements?
Thanks,

These numbers appear to be a UL listing of sorts
specific to LED lamps

I think I have finally determined what this is. There is another number in the fine print (9290012946) which appears to be the important data.

So, it seems to be a Par30L that Phillips has discontinued.

I have not been able to find a similar bulb with 4000K and 850 lumens. How different would a replacement have to be before one would notice it in a room. If I replaced it with 4000K, 1000 lumens, would it immediately stand out among the other bulbs?

the difference between 850 and 1000 lumins, yes I think you would notice a small difference in brightness but the 4000K color would look the same. I'd say go for it.
