Switched Outlet at end of three way switch ?

Hi again,

I want to add an outlet to a small wing wall that operates on a 3 way switch. The power goes into the first switch box at start of the run (14-2) then from seitch box 1 to switch box 2 i ran a 14-3 wire, just like a regular 3 way switch set up i used before.

Am i right in thinking i can just run a 14-2 wire to the outlet box from switch box 2 the same way i would if i were connecting a light fixture? Am i missing anything here?

If i need to wire it differntly please post a diagram if you have it. I can fairly easily pull the power in line back to the outlet box instead of the first switch box but rather not have to do that.

You are correct. It works exactly like a light fixture only you put a receptacle instead of a fixture. This will be a fully switched receptacle not half switched like some are.
