Install 42 inch hugger ceiling fan with lights
42 inch For Living hugger ceiling fan with light ...hardware install is ok ....fan works but lights go on and then go off. working with one hot wire which is red from ceiling so blue and black from fan is connected to red ... control is from dual wall switches one should control the fan and light ...this switch has a hot red .. copper and pigtail brown ....the other switch has orange and brown wires direct connection and as mentioned the brown is pigtail to the main switch ......problem is the switch turns on the fan but the lights go on and then off ...help do i need a new switch or new wiring config .... any solutions

A loose wire is not a "wiring reconfig". If it's loose all you have to do is tighten or fix the loose connection. There is no re-configuring required.

Checked again all wires are tightly secured ...hardware install is all good ... wall switches are dual single pole the one to the supposed ceiling fan and light has red hot (lower insert)/brown pigtail and copper (ground) ... the other switch has orange wire (lower insert) and brown wire ... again brown wire is pigtailed to other switch ?????

So I'm not sure how the second switch even figures in here.
It sounds like to me the problem is up in the fan/light. If it was the supply line to the fan..... both the fan and lights would be intermittent. Be sure you are using a recommended bulb size. Not larger than suggested and not LED/CFL unless the manual specifically says those can be used. Most ceiling fans cannot use LED bulbs.
