Sounds like you have a loose connection somewhere.

Checked all the connections they are good

Me thinks it is the wall switch ... probably a wiring reconfig or a new one just do not know what wires to reconfig???/

A loose wire is not a "wiring reconfig". If it's loose all you have to do is tighten or fix the loose connection. There is no re-configuring required.

Checked again all wires are tightly secured ...hardware install is all good ... wall switches are dual single pole the one to the supposed ceiling fan and light has red hot (lower insert)/brown pigtail and copper (ground) ... the other switch has orange wire (lower insert) and brown wire ... again brown wire is pigtailed to other switch ?????

You have the fan and lights connected together to one red wire. That means only one switch will be working and turning both the fans and lights on together.

So I'm not sure how the second switch even figures in here.

It sounds like to me the problem is up in the fan/light. If it was the supply line to the fan..... both the fan and lights would be intermittent. Be sure you are using a recommended bulb size. Not larger than suggested and not LED/CFL unless the manual specifically says those can be used. Most ceiling fans cannot use LED bulbs.
