I installed 6 4 inch LED Slim Color Changing recessed lights

I installed 6 4 inch LED Slim Color Changing Recessed light kits by Commerical Electric and they don’t turn on. The original fixtures were fluorescent. I have checked the connections but none will turn on. I was not able to do the wiring from the attic so I did it through the old and new holes. The wire box had quick connects, connect fixture using cord and twist lock plug. Is there anyway to figure this out without taking everything apart?

What type of socket did the original fluorescent fixtures have? Medium base? 4pin?

Flickering lights while using bidet

I installed a bidet in my bathroom. Whenever I use the bidet, lights in a nearby room and dining room flicker. How can I solve this problem? Do I need to change the bidet with lower power consuming one or circuit? Thanks

Dead motion activated SOLAR led floodlight - hardwire to outlet possible?

I bought a motion activated SOLAR led floodlight from Home Depot (Model #MSLED1801WD) and it worked great for a few years but the battery apparently died and the light does not stay on for more than 10 seconds anymore even after a long, hot summer day. I would love to keep the floodlight, but hard wire it into a power outlet in my garage, if possible, to avoid the dead battery issue from recurring. The floodlight has a long cable (says 20AWGx2C 300v on it) that goes to a solar panel on my roof. Is it possible to splice the wire and convert it a regular plug for an existing power outlet in my garage?
