Get rid of bathroom heat lamp

I have a bathroom with a Broan 164 fan/light/heat lamp combo. I would love to fully get rid of the heat lamp and just go down to one light.

Two questions:

1. Is there a type of grille that is sized for 2 lights but only has one light hole, or is there some sort of part for sale that would block one light of the grill (take out the heat lamp and put in the plastic cover)?

2. Is there a simple fan/light combo (no heat) that is the same size as a Broan 164 that i can replace this with, or am I looking at downsizing and messing with drywall?

One option is to simply replace the heat bulb with a traditional light bulb or even an LED.

1. No, I've never seen a conversion cover. You'd be lucky to simply find a replacement for the one you've got.

2. All you have to do is look for fans that match or are very close to the dimensions of your unit.

The following might work as far a cover but you would still have to figure out how to configure LED's.
Might look bad with light flooding out of the vents.

Also mounting it might be a problem.
