Fixing kitchen pendant light

I have two pendant lights that hang over my kitchen counter. One of them has stopped working. I replaced the bulb thinking that was the issue but it did not fix the issue. The one that is not working hangs over the counter where we often vent the pressure cooker so I am thinking that moisture got into the fixture and that is the problem. If so I am trying to figure out how to get the fixture working again. It seems like it might be fairly simple work that I could do myself and am just not sure if replacing the fixture all together will solve the problem. Any thoughts and suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums.

Typically a meter would be used to make sure you have the 120vAC inside the pendant base. If that is present..... there may be a defective socket or transformer.

Hi, post some pics of the fixture so we can see what you are working with.
