Are you sure it is wrong? If it has heat I would expect the fan should blow the heat in.
Could there possibly be a second fan that sucks air out and is not working?

Found the parts list. That unit definitely has two fans in it.

Yes , from the unit , comes out 5 wire. 1 white for neutral , 1 for heat , 1 for fan , 2 for 2 light ,
i connected the white and blue to the switch , but the heat blows hot air , and the fan should suck out but it blows in.
and i have no idea why , i installed one in my last house samethint different brand , and it was right, fan sucked and hear blowed.

Is the vent clear? If the vent is blocked then the fan will seem blow the air in.

Sometimes air movement from an exhaust fan can feel like is blowing out when it is actually sucking in. A good way to check is to hold a single piece of toilet tissue in front of the grille to see if it is sucked up or blown down.

Is there a screen on the outside? If not or damaged could be bird nest or wasp nest blocking it.

i have to check how it is outside , but i think in how it turns , the flows suppose to come in , i think for push the air out it suppose to spin in clockwise , no ?

i mean , if it have a obstruction in the hose , it suppose to suck a little bit and after blow out , when the flow fined the closed way it will come back it , but it push out from the first second

I do not believe they would build a fan that spins the wrong direction.
How hard is it to take it down and run it on the bench?

A squirrel cage blower can only spin and work in one direction.
In your picture...... CCW would be the correct rotation.
