single pole switch question

Replacing single pole light switch with a dimmer switch and I haven’t encountered this setup of three black wires before. Would I just pigtail the two bottom black wires together to attach to the new dimmer switch?
Also which one is the hot top/bottom or does it matter when hooking up the new dimmer switch

Picture is not showing up.
But if you have two wires on one terminal of a switch that is the hot or line connection. Keep them together when connecting to the dimmer LINE connection.

The two wires in the red circle are the LINE connections.
