Replacing old Broan 70CFM 3" duct bathroom exhaust fan

I am replacing an old Broan 70CFM bathroom exhaust fan (I think the model is H600) that is quite corroded and running poorly. It has a 3" duct and I want a simple drop in replacement that can be installed without access from above. The bathroom was renovated in the past and the ceiling has a 1 foot gap between it and the attic. The fan is installed there and the ductwork is vented out the side of the house.

Any recommendations for a new fan? I see lots of 70 CFM options online, but most have questionable reviews. I've done the math and 70 CFM should be fine.

Note it is 50 CFM you need the F675 for 70 CFM
Says it fits an H600 housing

Apologies for being unclear. I need new housing as well (the old one is corroded as hell. I'm trying to replace the whole thing.

I figure if the whole thing is EOL, might as well just upgrade to something new and hopefully quieter
