How do I replace a BR30 bulb socket with a three globe pendant?

We recently moved into a new house and I am undertaking some modifications.

We have a BR30 bulb socket in the ceiling at the entrance. I have recently bought a three globe pendant to replace that. Could anyone help me on how to proceed with the repayment? Do I need to make some modifications? Or it's simply impossible?

I have attached a photo of all parts involved, for making it easy to understand.

Thank you in advance.

Turn off the power.
Remove the old light fixture completely, possibly piecemeal.
Install a ceiling fan outlet box (has a metal bar to span two joists) and/or additional 2x4 structural members.
Refinish the ceiling.
Install the new light fixure.t

If you can prove that the existing fixture is mounted in a sturdy enough fashion, and you have suitable yokes and other hardware then you may be able to mount the new fixture to it instead of having a fan outlet box.

Thanks for the suggestion. This seems to be an ideal way and a professional would do it this way.

But as a novice, I choose to use the recessed light converter kit available at Home Depot.
