Red wire from switch

I have a light switch that has a black wire connected and a red wire connected. That white wired are wire nutted off. Up at the light I have 2 back wires 2 white wires 2 ground wires and 1 red wire.
how do I connect the red wire to the light when the new light only have connection for black white and ground. I can attach pic to see what I have going on.

Which cable in round box is hot all the time, the 14/2 or 14/3?

The 14/3 comes from the light switch and the 14/2 feeds other lights on the line

At the light
Connect the two blacks.
Connect the two whites and the light white.
Connect the black from the light to the red wire from the cable.

Thanks for that! . But that hook up allows THAT light to be turned on and off by that switch. However, the three lights in the chain after that light remain on are not affected by the switch.

Take the black wire from the two wire cable and move it to the connection with the red wire. Cap the black wire that comes from the cable with the red wire.
