Whole house fan and attic fan wiring help

Hi, I have a whole house fan installed on a switch. Now I have installed an attic fan with thermostat controlled.

I would like to wire the attic fan to turn on when the whole house fan turns on, regardless of the thermostat.
How would I go about doing this?

please help
thank you
george

Welcome to the forums.

Both fans would need to be on the same circuit.
Would you want the thermostatic fan to still work on the thermostat ?

If yes.... you will need a relay.
Tell us how your current wiring is run.

Hi,
Currently, I have the attic fan connected on its own circuit controlled by the thermostat 90 F.
The
whole house fan is on a different circuit, controlled by a switch.

what is the best method for connecting them?

I need the attic fan to turn on when the whole house fan turn on and the attic fan to also be controlled by the thermostat.

thank you
george
