LED glows...sometimes
I have a front hall light with a Lutron Caseta dimmer. Usually when turned off the light is in fact off. However, occasionally the LED bulb will have a faint glow. The switch shares the same box as the outside light switch which also used a motion control fixture.
I understand why this can happen (capacitive coupling or stray current). In fact there is a very informative video (https://www.saazs.com/how-to-stop-le...wing-when-off/) that explains how sensitive an LED can be, even shuffling ones shoes along a rug can make an LED glow.
My question or curiosity is why it's intermittent and not constant. If I turn the light on then off again it goes out and stays out. Then maybe several days later it will glow again. My instinct tells me it's most likely a cheap bulb (maybe a SATCO). Don't remember it happening when first installed, but I have had several bulb changes since.

I would tend to blame it on the dimmer. It has to be letting some current through in order to light the light.
