Bathroom fan and light

I have a plug-in and fan switch next to it is the light switch and plug in I can’t get the light to turn off can someone help me please?

Can you restate the above sentence in shorter sentences? It is difficult to follow. What has changed since you were able to turn off the light?

Black connect to ground

Went to replace an existing single pole dimmer switch. When pulling out the existing dimmer, there are 3 black wires connected to the switch. 2 blacks are connected normal for a light switch however the 3rd black wire is connected to the green ground screw on the existing/ working switch. Can anyone explain why a black wire is connected to the ground on the existing dimmer switch? Any input or direction would be greatly appreciated.

one third of leds stopped working

I've got a flush mount ceiling fixture, one that has 3 concentric rings of LEDS. This morning one third of each ring would not light up (the same 1/3 in all 3). I'm not going to try t fix it, just replace the fixture. My question: is it safe to continue to use the (now much dimmed) fixture until I can install get and the replacement.? As always, thanks in advance.
