Removing fluorescent light cover

This office has this perforated cover and Iím not sure how to remove it to access the bulbs.

Any thoughts? I donít see any screws securing it.

No....there are no screws. It's basically hanging there.
You need to pick up one side up and over the hooks and then it will hinge down..... although there aren't any fixed hinges. Be careful as it may be sharp.

There may be one side that lifts up easier than the other side.

This is what you have there.

Push up on the grate. You should feel it move up. Then while it's up push it to one side and let that side down.
