Adding a light to a 3-way switch

At the bottom of my stairs, I have a 3-way switch with only three wires going to it: red and white travelers and a blue common. There is no neutral. Is it possible to connect a light to that switch?

No..... since you don't have the needed neutral there.
You said blue wire..... does that mean you have a conduit system ?
You may be able to pull a neutral wire in.

If it's a cable.... it's red, white and black.

You didn't answer my question..... is this a conduit system or did you mistake black for blue ?
If it's a conduit system you may be able to run a neutral wire thru the conduit.
