Load, Hot, Neutal Identification

I'm looking to replace the 2 dimmer switches in this picture and I need some help identifying the load, hot, and neutral. I figure the white (yellow cap no tape) connected together is the neutral, the red (2 orange caps)is the hot and the black (single Yellow cap foreground with tape) is the load? I'm confused by what I'm guessing is the load as it is connecting the two switches together. Is this the hot and not the load? Apologies if I'm way off but I know just enough to end up in the hospital.

The 2 white wires in the yellow wire nut are AC neutral. One is the source and the other is for a load at the other end of the cable in the box. The 1 red wire and 1 black wire in each of the 2 orange wire nuts are switched hot, one from each switch. The red wires go back into the cables in the box to loads at the other end of the cables. The 4 black wires in the other yellow wire nut are 1 for incoming AC voltage, 1 to each of the 2 switches and 1 into one of the 2 cables in the box to power something at the other end of the cable. The source and destination grounds are twisted together in the box.

First of all THANKS! I,unfortunately, have a follow-up. When I'm wiring the new switches how do I know which of the black wires get connected to the red wires and which should get combined together in the yellow cap? My wife thanks you too.

If the dimmers only have two black wires..... it makes no difference.
If the dimmer wires are labeled load and line...... the line wires go together with the yellow wire nut.

Thanks to you both. I should be able to avoid the trip to the hospital.
