Wanted: 3" backdraft damper

Are there no 3" back-draft dampers? It seems minimal size is 4".

But my current bathroom flex ducts are 3"

Does your fan have an integral damper? Does the termination have one?

The bathroom fan has a damper, the termination towards outside does not.
The bathroom fan damper appears to be weak and bangs a lot. I also feel cold air coming out of the fan in the winter. It seems as if warm air opens the damper allowing cold air to come in.

Backdraft damper with lightweight blades and foam closure shutter for quiet closure
The damper ferd linked to is the perfect product.

The all metal backdraft dampers are extremely noisy in high winds.
