Wall vent for first floor bathroom

Hi folks - I’m going to be installing a vent for a first floor bathroom where there was none before and planning to put it through the wall since there is no roof/ceiling access, and planning on using the Panasonic whisperwall fan and automatic whispercontrol switch. Any watch outs or recommendations to keep in mind?

The Panasonic fans are good performers. Well worth the few extra dollars.

Just make sure there is nothing in the wall where installing the fan. I usually make a small hole inside to look in the wall and then use a long 1/8" bit to drill thru outside. This locator bit gives me the opportunity to adjust the fans location before cutting the larger hole.
