Manual Staple Gun ?
I'll go to put the outside Enbrighten 24-ft 12-Light Plug-in Vintage Bulbs LED String Lightslight in the patio ceiling. Is it ok to use Manual Staple Gun instead of putting the hooks on.

Not a good idea. You could very easily staple through the wire. There are staplers MADE FOR stapling up cable, but I doubt that you have one.
