Electrical

Hi, I put in 7 new outlets, wire for 6 led spot lights(6"), 2 ceiling fans for a new addition of living room. I used 14/2 for all the wiring with a 15amp breaker. One tv will be used as well. Did I use the right wire and breaker for all of this??? Please any feed back will help.

14 gauge wire on a 15 amp breaker is the proper setup.
I don't know your location but if you are in Canada you have too many items on the circuit. The limits is 12.

I see you are located in the US so you should be ok. One thing I do is to keep the lighting on it's own separate circuit. This way if the receptacles causes a breaker trip you still have light.

I placed one of the outlets 4 feet apart and was told it's supposed to be 6 feet apart and others say it doesn't matter. What do you guys know about this? I'm in the u.s

Hi, you can put them as close as you want, but no space on a wall can be further than 6
