What kind of light fixture is this

Trying to change the bulb in this fixture but I cannot figure out how to get the cover off. Please help

Welcome to the forums.
That looks like a four tube fluorescent fixture I installed from the depot.
Usually the side wraps around the fixture.
Go to one side push up slightly and then peel the cover off.

Some older fixtures like this have a screw or two on one end or the other. Those screws come out and the twirly end cap comes off - and the cover can be removed.

If the flowers are metal..... it's old. If the flowers are plastic is may be newer.
