Add 3 LED recessed lights to existing fan/light connected to 3 way dimmer

So the I want to connect to existing ceiling light fan , 3 LED recessed lighting. The ceiling light fan is currently connected to a 3 way light switches. The one by door is the dimmer, the one across the room is a switch. I simply want to add the 3 LED recessed lighting to the ceiling light fan. The dimmer controls the light and fan but can turn off either one with pull chain. So is there anything I need to do with the wiring in the dimmer switch or the one across the room?
thank you very much in advance!

Hi, dimmer and LEDs must be rated for dimming, that said if the fan light and LEDs are going to switched on/off at the same time then a cable must be run from the fan to the location of the new fixtures, nothing from the switches.

Proper wiring from ceiling fan/light

So do I just go ahead and run from the ceiling fan the 14-2 , meaning attach the white with white then black with black and ground with ground and then attach to the first led recessed ceiling light in same fashion?

Probably. However the ceiling fan might have the light connected to a red instead of a black. The ceiling fan light wire will be blue. Connect your new lights to the connection with the blue wire.

Hi, yes that would be correct, also as I mentioned the dimmer and LED’s must be rated for dimmer operation.

Ceiling fan light with blue wire

So connect the black wire of the 14-2 to where the blue wire is connected then proceed to connect the white to white , and then ground to ground on the ceiling fan light. Then take the end of that 14-2 and attach to the LED recessed light connectors; the black to black, white to white, ground to ground. Then when I connect another 14-2 to these connectors then run that 14-2 to the next LED light connectors , and so on to connect all 3 LED recessed lights?
LED is rated for dimming.

Ground wire

Also, I have ground wire that is on the junction box that connects from junction box with the green bolt that connects to frame of the ceiling fan the metal bar. No what do I do with the ground wire that runs from the LED recessed light that runs through to the junction box; do I attach to same bolt as ceiling fan ground at the same green bolt?
