3 way switch to light fixture with 2 wires

I'm installing a few simple lights and one of them has four wires going to it... 2 black and 2 white.

When the power is on, the voltage meter lights up on both black wires.

The new light fixture has the usual single black and single white wire.

Normally I just connect the new exactly like the old, but I can't do that in this case. Anyone able to tell me what to do?

Thanks,
JD

Connect the two blacks together with the black from the new fixture.
Connect the two white together with the white from the new fixture.
Connect the bare and green grounds together.
