Help identifying remote controlled ceiling fan from 2012

Hello,

I have a remote controlled ceiling fan that the previous own installed in 2012 purchased from home depot. Previous owner misplaced remote and I'm trying to avoid having to replace the fan.

Any help identifying this fan would be a good starting point to see if I can get a replacement remote.

Pic below.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hampton Bay is the trade name for the Home Depot fan line.
Try going to this site and see if they can help you.

If you can raise the dome above the blades, there should be a manufacturer and model number indicated.

Drop the canopy and see if there is a remote up there.
Most fans have some type of ID sticker on the top side of the housing facing the ceiling.

Hi everyone,

I could not raise the dome above the fan, but I was able to get above it and looked through the slots.

The model number is: C.LL JU54. A google searched returned Craftmade Lighting, Juna JU54W3. Their website has a customer service number that I'll give a call next week to ask about a replacement remote.

Craftmade

Thanks.

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to close the loop on this. I was able to get in contact with the manufacturer and they told me the replacement remote was model "ICS-REMOTE". This was still like a needle in the haystack because googling that returned several different models, including the updated version with newer wall panels, but I was able to find a website that had the same model with the manual available to view the remote as a reference. I ended up getting the remote for just under $60 from another website, so I'll see if that solves my problem when it arrives.

Thanks.
