Exclamation Upgrade bathroom lighting help

I have upgraded the wiirng in my bathroom from one light and outlet that was controlled by one switch to two separate lights with their own switches (one dimmable) and an unswtiched outlet. My image has all the specifics. Hopefully I can get some help here. I'm at a loss at this point. Thanks in advance.

I think you may have crossed/swapped the hot from panel with the hot to the dimmed light.

If you are correct and I miswired that hot wire and I switch it, would it work properly with the way I have it diagramed out?

The way you have described the connections should work fine. I think the GFCI is not resetting because of the dimmer.
