1 of 2 lights, same switch.

Any help greatly appreciated.
We have 2 lights in our dining room each with 5 bulbs both working together on 2 switches. 1 has stopped working, I've swapped bulbs around and I'm still not getting anything from the 1 that has stopped.
Any help before I electrocute myself would be appreciated.
TIA, Mark.

Which "one" has stopped working, a light fixture or a switch?

If it is a light fixture make sure the light switch is on and try a known good bulb in each of the sockets. If none of the sockets are working I would take the fixture down and test for power where it connects to the house's wiring.

If it is a switch not working I would check for a loose connection or just replace it since they are so inexpensive.
