Identify ceiling fan for replacement parts

Wonder if anyone can identify the make/model of thid ceiling fan? It's one my sister had in her old house and took down before it was demolished. She now wants to mount it in her basement in her new house. (It has been about 8 yrs. since it was removed). She thought she'd saved all the parts to put it back up, but appears to be missing a piece? (not sure how to een describe what that piece is.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

A lot of fan parts are interchangeable or generic, especially with mounting hardware. Where does the missing piece go or what does it do?

A number of the members/mods here are quite knowledgeable about fans. I'm quite sure they'll be able to help.

I'm thinking it may be the mounting plate?? But not 100% sure of that. I haven't actually seen the fan yet to know if that's what she needs.

Home - 42" ceiling hugger fan
The UL registration belongs to Harbor Freight.

With the age.... not likely to find the exact parts you need based on model.
Post a picture or two of the whole thing so we can see what's missing.

I did ask her to send me some more pictures:

Wires coming out of the fan (sorry it's not a very clear picture)

Not 100% sure what this piece is?

The back side of that piece

She did mention that when the electricians were there to install this fan for her, they were the ones who told her there was a piece missing. Don't know if she had this piece when they were there or if she found it later?? But what would be missing then?
Thanks!

Several pieces missing.....
The pipe from the fan motor to the bracket.
The actual ceiling mount bracket.

What is shown in your pictures is the mounting box for a Wiremold surface mounting system.

Unfortunately it may be better to replace the fan.
