Please Help Identify Name/Type of Cord's End Plug (One Flat / One Cylindrical)

Hello, Hoping someone may be able to help me by providing the technical name of the type of small plug circled in green in attached photo?

I need to acquire a new one of these with some cord length attachhed and in order to shop for it I need to know what the name of that type of plug is where one prong is flat and one prong is cylindrical.

Please and thanks!

Welcome to the forums.

That's called a DIN speaker plug. Used predominantly in Europe.

Looks like a special connection for that specific appliance. I did a GOOGLE image search and nothing comes close to it.
What is the appliance? You may need to go directly back to the manufactuer.

It's an indoor/outdoor lamp, and the the plug I'm asking about plugs into the transformer (also pictured) and the transformer then plugs into the socket. I don't think the lamp is traceable to its manufacturer it has no label on it and looks light it was made by a small producer.

Score a point for Pete! I thought I've seen practically all connectors by now... but obviously not!

Those were the connectors of choice for almost all Blaupunkt radios from home receivers to their car radios. Grundig consoles used them too.
