I recently bought another place and noticed the hanging lights from the ceiling was missing a retainer that support the globes and is held by the set screws. Now the light bulbs is supporting the weight of the globe and I know that is bad. Is there a way to tell the manufacturer and model number or suggestions on how to fix? I attached some images to help explain.

I see what you want to do. When you hold the globe up it makes for a nice looking fixture.
Typically there is a flange molded into the globe and that flange is what the three set screws hold.
I have a feeling that globe didn't come with that fixture.
Your globe is what is called "neckless".
As far as I know there is no easy way to do it. In the links below are what you are trying to do and maybe you can get ideas.
While changing bulbs in two recessed lights, I noticed that one of them has the wiring entering the socket from the top of the can, and in the other it's coming in from the side, with the wires exposed in the can. Pictures attached. They're both Crest model #60010, and presumably were installed at the same time (before I owned the house). The hole that the wiring comes through in the one fixture does seem to be factory-made. It has a nice smooth edge.
I want to make sure that the one is safe, with the black wire hanging down next to the bulb. (It is marked 125C, so I'm thinking it should be fine.) And also, any ideas why it's like this? Possibly a replacement part? Thanks.

I have an attic exhaust fan thermostat and I was wondering if I could wire it to a receptacle to control a plug-in fan. I would like for it to come on and off when it is set to a certain temperature. This will be used in a small outside building.
